Sara George, M.D.
Sara is a board-certified family practice physician. After graduating from medical school at Old Church Hospital in London, she completed her residency at the University of Texas McAllen Medical Center. Sara was also a research fellow in Neurology at New York Medical College.
She founded Sage Family Medicine in 2009 so that she could focus on providing high-quality, compassionate medical care. Sara has practiced in the Denver metro-area since 2004, and believes that listening to her patients is as important as treating them. She and her husband are the proud parents of a young son. When she is not caring for her patients, Sara enjoys music, volleyball, whitewater rafting, and volunteering at her church as a youth leader.
Sara speaks English, Spanish, and East Indian.
Jamie Canino, PA-C
Jamie is a board-certified physician assistant and joined the Sage Family Medicine team in 2011. She also works part-time at the Boulder Community Hospital Emergency Room. After graduating from Middlebury College in Vermont, she spent three years working at the Denver Children's Hospital Cardiac ICU and urgent care clinics as an EMT. Jamie then went on to graduate with honors from the Duke University PA program.
A Colorado native, Jamie has been practicing as a PA in the Boulder area since 2006. Jamie provides comprehensive adult and pediatric care while encouraging patients to be partners in their health in order to achieve optimal well being. Her interests include acute care medicine, nutrition, preventative care, orthopedics, and ear/nose/throat. When she is not caring for patients, Jamie and her husband enjoy traveling, triathlons, hiking, biking, camping, and skiing.
